Throughout the long hockey year there is constant injuries and tweaks that happen and Sonya was able to help with whatever I needed. The ball work to get to deep tissue really is beneficial before games and even band work on my shoulders created a huge difference in my play. Playing hockey and having someone there ready to help work on us whenever and wherever made us play to the best of our ability.

Sonya has really helped me over this past year that I have been working out with her. by giving me way more mobility then I thought could ever have especially in my hips, I have noticed a huge difference in my performance on the ice, I feel way more fluid and flexible when skating and I have become way less injury prone all while still gaining lots of strength. And anytime I did get injured Sonya would always be available ready to do mobility and recovery work like cryotherapy or red light or anything else I needed to be back to 100% as quickly as possible.

Over the past five months, I struggled with a deep bone bruise (hematoma) in my right thigh after a knee-to-knee collision during a hockey game. The injury kept me out for five games and caused sharp pain, muscle spasms, and a shock-like sensation in my knee whenever I bent it.
